I wish that, it had come with small amount of oil, but no big deal, did put a little to much but really like that if spilled it doesn’t get to where it will smoke.
Then filled starting instructions for first time and on the first pull it started up. Let run a short time pretty quiet.
Will be using it this weekend at a 4th July festival so hopefully it will be quite enough to have conversation with customers.
Wish they had a cover to fit this.

Your generator's rated power has to cover the running total, and its maximum power has to cover the biggest startup surge on top of that. Leave 20–25% headroom rather than sizing right to the limit.
